- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products: For custom-made products and items made to order, please allow an extended processing time of 15-20 days. These products are crafted specifically for you, requiring additional time for production. Once completed, your order will be shipped based on the chosen shipping method.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

- Shipping Options: We offer standard and express shipping options throughout India.
- Delivery Times: 
 - Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
 - Express Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees vary based on the weight of the package and the delivery location. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions or courier delays).

3. International Shipping

- Shipping Options: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping options and fees will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Delivery Times: International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processes.
- Customs and Import Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are payable upon delivery. R Studio is not responsible for any additional customs fees incurred.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during customs clearance in the destination country.

4. Tracking and Delivery

- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can track your package through the courier's website.
- Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery a limited number of times. If a package is undeliverable after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, customers will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

6. Address Changes

To change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Once an order has shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address.

- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
- Restricted Items: Some items may have shipping restrictions based on destination country laws. If restrictions apply to items in your order, we will notify you.
