Return and Refund Policy for R Studio

Thank you for shopping at R Studio! We are committed to ensuring you have a great shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy provides you with the details on how to return items and obtain a refund where applicable.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
- You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Certain items such as custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns. Clearance or final sale items are also ineligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
- Gift cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact Customer Service: Please Send us a WhatsApp Message on +91-82006-23309 or Email us at rstudioshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for a return authorization confirmation from our team before sending the product back.
2. Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be given a credit note of the same amount for future purchase. Amount will be refunded only in approved scenario after getting authorized person confirmation.

Note:
- Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
- Refunds for items bought with a discount or during sales will be processed based on the purchase price.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, Please Send us a WhatsApp Message on +91-82006-23309 or Email us at rstudioshop@gmail.com  with your order number and details.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
